Flowers

Ayoka Flowers will make every effort to deliver flower arrangements as shown on the website, but sometimes it is practically not possible to replicate the same due to location issues, seasonal constraints or non-availability of chosen flowers due to supply constraints.

To make sure that your valuable order is not delayed just because of non-availability of a particular flower, we will substitute that particular flower/container with the flower/container of same or higher value.

For example, if you have seen and ordered a bouquet/bunch of anthuriums and carnations and if anthuriums are not available on that day, we will substitute anthuriums with either lilies or Birds of Paradise or any other flower that is available and is of the same or higher value. The aesthetics of the arrangements will be maintained as much as possible.

In smaller towns, florists sometimes do not stock high value flowers due to their perishable nature and their limited resources. Hence it is recommended that you order items either well in advance or flowers that are easily available like Roses, Carnations, Tube Roses, Gladula and Gerberas. In case you have ordered well in advance, we would also be in a position to let you know of the non-availability.

Ayoka Flowers would like to ensure you that all your orders will be aesthetically and volume-wise be of the same value in case the item you had ordered is not available. Through our substitution policy, we will ensure the size and shape of the arrangement remains as close as possible and the value of the flowers substituted are either of same value or of greater value.

The main aim of the substitution policy is to make sure that your flowers are delivered on the desired delivery date and you do not miss the occasion.  In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in replacing them with flowers that meet or exceed the expectations of both the sender and recipient.

If you don't want any substitution in your order, please order well in advance or ask us beforehand about the availability of that particular flower so that there is no disappointment or confusion later on.

Cakes

Every effort is made to deliver a good quality cake and of the same flavor as ordered on the website. However, due to local logistics, availability and regional constrains substitutions in terms of flavor/appearance may be unavoidable. Specially for same day delivery or remote location/small town delivery, sometimes bakeries do not have the stock of the product ordered. Your order may be substituted to ensure that the cake reaches on the occasion it is desired for.

Since the cakes are sourced locally, the icing and the topping may not be the same as per the image seen on the website. Every possible care will be taken to maintain the overall shape, size and style of the order.

In summers or where distance of the delivery location is more, there is a chance of a particular flavor of cake melting en route. So it may be substituted with some other flavor so that only good quality product gets delivered to your recipient.

At times, the design of the cake is such that writing a message on it is not possible or the message is too long to be written on the cake, then the message will be written on a separate card which will be delivered with the cake.

However, in all circumstances, the substituted cake will be of the same value or higher value as the cake ordered by you.
